After a one-time registration in the LBV customer portal, the app can be used with the same access data.To submit an application for aid, photograph your receipts with the app and send them to the aid office.
The photographed receipts are already encrypted in the app and then transmitted in encrypted form.
After your application has been received, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt as a message on your mobile device.
Only you have access to your data.For error-free use of the app, your mobile device must have the latest or one of the two previous versions of the Android operating system.
Older versions of this operating system are not supported for security reasons.
A camera with a minimum resolution of 5 megapixels is recommended for the photo function.The use of the aid app is free of charge.
